From 28 September to 2 October 2026, the Learning Week brought together THCS-funded projects, European Partnerships and other initiatives around the theme “Transforming Health & Social Care: Meaning, Models and Measurement”.
Across 10 online sessions, contributors shared experiences and practical examples. They explored what transformation means, how promising innovations can become embedded, how practice can be sustainably financed, and how to assess innovations’ impact.
