Feedback is now open. The European Commission’s Have your Say service has announced the opportunity for European citizens to offer their opinions on two upcoming European implementing acts. The deadline for submission to both is midnight on 7 May 2026.

The very first implementing act relevant to the EHDS – on its EHDS Board – has already been successfully adopted!
Background
Two further draft implementing acts are geared to supporting the MyHealth@EU service, the provision of an infrastructure aimed at ensuring continuity of care for European citizens travelling around Europe.

Ultimately, following public feedback, these two implementing acts are expected to be adopted before end June 2026.
