AI Applied to Screening for Diabetic Retinopathy | Session 4.2
AĆÆda Valls has applied AI and machine learning to screening for diabetic retinopathy (in a system called āRetiprogramā), in conjunction with the Hospital Universitario Sant Joan. The researchers have built a system to predict deterioration in the condition of the eye.
