NTNU Norwegian University of Science and Technology is excited to announce the confirmed funding of LIFEBOTS-Exchange-Extended (LEE). It is a project bringing together Norwegian companies and public organisations with academic experts to envision the future of robotics in the healthcare sector.
The LIFEBOTSExchange project has already enabled collaboration between companies and academic researchers across Europe since it started in 2019. LEE enables an expansion of this work with many Norwegian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and municipalities.
This approach very much fits with increasing European orientations towards involving small companies in research activities, and EHTEL’s own interest in supporting its SME members.
LEE’s nine partners are:
- NatMat AS (A Nina Birgitte Heilemann company)
These partners are bringing together a wide range of expertise on multiple levels of gerontechnologies, from robot-seals, to design questions, innovative apps, and municipal care perspectives.
For inquiries regarding LEE, please contact NTNU (associated with EHTEL member, NSE Norway): Dr. Roger A. Søraa, NTNU.
